Entry Form - Place of Stay? (when staying multiple places)

Does anyone have any idea where I should list our place of stay on the entry form? We're not leaving until mid September so I have some time, but so far haven't been able to find any information on this particular subject.

We have a 2 week trip planned where we will be staying in Lucerne, Interlaken, Zermatt and Zurich - but the entry form only has the option to input one address. While Interlaken isn't the first place of stay, it will be the longest - should I put that address? Is there any option somehow to add the additional? Does it even matter?

I hate how little information there is about these required forms... any help would be much appreciated!!!

When I called Switzerland Health in Switzerland at the suggestion of the Swiss consulate in SFO they said just put your first hotel in. Like you, thought odd because we are only at the first hotel one night but that’s what she told me to do.

Many countries have or had landing cards that asked about where you were staying. The UK did until recently. What they wanted was the information on the first place you are staying.
