Will be flying to Zurich in early May. Have a car service meeting me upon arrival. My question is what has anyone’s experience been getting through the new EES system at the Zurich airport? Is it fast, slow, whatever? I know it depends on the volume of flight arrivals. I have been seeing horror stories of it taking hours at some airports. Wondering how much cushion I need to allow between arrival and when I meet the car service. Many thanks for any advice!

Thanks but I was looking for info from someone who had actually flown into Zurich in the past couple of days.

I posted on April 6 that I had just flown in that day, you asked your question on April 8, and within an hour of that I referred you to the information for the past couple of days. And I pointed out that they were readying their machines for self-entry. Hope this helps.
