Easy Jet and Rail tickets

I am wanting to compare ticket prices from Rennes to Geneva on Easy Jet and a rail service. Easy Jet doesn't appear to have a schedule out for July yet. Does anyone know approximately when Easy Jet will post ticket prices for July travel? Also, which trains lines run this route?

Yes, it would appear that service to Geneva is seasonal, as in ski season.

5:43 by train including changing stations in Paris or an hour longer with an hour to change trains in Lyons, but no change in Paris.

These are French TGVs.

Don't know your exact date, but did a Kayak search for +- 3 days before/after July 17 and there are no non-stops between those destinations, only one- and two-stops. Vueling, Air France, and Iberia appear to be the main ones. There aren't any nonstops to Bern or Basel or Zurich either. Looks like the fastest flight is 3 hours, 30 minutes and changes in Charles de Galle (which is a cluster and should be avoided IMHO).

In looking at www.sbb.ch/en it appears that the fastest Rennes to Geneva train is 5 hours, 52 minutes and changes through Paris ( picked Wed. July 17 as a dummy date). It's 92 Swiss francs for a non-refundable, non-changeable ticket and 264 francs for a fully changeable ticket.

I personally would take the train. You are going to spend the extra 2 hours it would take vs. flying standing in line in airport security. There are a LOT of things that can go wrong in the Paris airport, it's horribly inefficient and confusing. You can get up, move around, and see a lot more on a train, and making train connections is way easier than making plane connections.
