We went to Wengen 15 years ago (thanks to RS forum recommendation) and enjoyed the easy hikes and lovely town, scenery. We'll be in the Geneva area in early August and will not have a car. We are fine to travel by train a few hours to our destination. Looking for recommendations for us (60s) for some beautiful scenery/easy hiking (up to 4 hours RT, good trails, gentle incline is OK (not 500 steep steps in a row), no big drop offs. Or, we can repeat Wengen.
In the Geneva area try Rochers de Naye above Montreux.

Perhaps hiking through vineyards would be nice. About 1 hour by train from Geneva.
