Hello all: I tried to book Edelweiss Hotel in Wengen - not open until May 15. our dates are 5 May-10 May, 2026. (Dates are probably not ideal - but firm).
Has anyone stayed at Braunbar Hotel in Wengen? I want good mountain views. Sounds like they have 2 options, but no choice. Maybe both are good. Options for a view room are "mountain Männlichen or the Lauterbrunnen valley with its surrounding mountains. (although you can request a specific view) We cannot guarantee one or the other". per the hotel staff. I have looked for images on-line, but still am not sure what to request. Given our dates, we may have a choice - maybe.
I'd appreciate any input on these 2 views. Also, anyone who has stayed at this hotel., plz give info On-line reviews look good for location near the station and good food. Thank you for any input. Susan
