We're driving from Tasch to Lake Como this September. Google map route shows taking the car train, but we would rather just drive. We're experienced moutain drivers and don't mind taking a bit more time/saving the car train cost particularly if the route is scenic. Also after Sala Comacina (Lake Como) we will be driving to Zurich and welcome suggestions on the best route/scenic stops along the way. We're considering Schollen Gorge and Bellinzonia.
