Does Berner Oberland Pass cover Luzern to Lauterbrunnen train ticket

I'm finally taking my Switzerland vacation. I was at Zermmat a couple of days ago. The weather was awesome and saw Matterhorn very well. I'm at Luzern now, and will head towards Murren via Lauterbrunnen tomorrow. If I buy BO pass starting tomorrow, will the BO pass cover the train ticket from Luzern to Lauterbrunnen? Also on my last day at Murren, I will go to Montreux. Will the BO pass cover part of the training trip from Lauterbrunnen to Mountreux? If I decide to go to Bern on one of days during my four nights at Murren, will the BO pass cover part of the train ride to Bern?
Thank you so much for all your help.

I'm sorry I don't have time right now to research this for you. I would suggest go to the train station and ask them these questions. I wonder if this info is available online somewhere. Good Luck. I would be interested to learn the answers to your questions.

You have a lot of wonderful things planned for your trip. Enjoy the beauty that is Switzerland.

P.S. I am a little jealous of you :)

Thank you Barkinpark and wanderweg!
Since tomorrow may have rain, I'm think if I should go from Luzern to Bern for a day trip, and keep my luggage in locker in Bern, and then in the evening heading to Murren. If I have the BO pass starting tomorrow, will BO pass cover all trains Luzern->Bern->Lauterbrunnen?
Thank you so much.

You can use the BO pass on Luzern - Bern and Bern - Lauterbrunnen. But you need to pay attention.

Validity you can see here:
https://www.berneseoberlandpass.ch/maps-bernese-oberland/

The thing to pay attention to is that the fast trains from Luzern to Bern go via Zofingen. So they go Northwest first, then turn and take the High Speed line to Bern. These trains are not covered by the BO pass. It is only the slow line through the Emmenthal that is covered. That is a nice route though.
(Thing to remember with all passes: Validity is based on lines, not on trains. So on the lines covered you can take any train).

To have the route via the Emmenthal take the RE7 that leaves at xx:57. It is a nice train, but takes about half an hour longer as the fast IR via Zofingen,

Thank you so much WengenK. make sense and glad to know that.
I will stay four nights in Murren. Traveling from Luzern to Murren tomorrow, and traveling from Murren to Montreux in the last day. How many days for BO pass that it make senses to buy. I know it depends on the usage and how the travel days pan out. But is there a general rule of thumb on what makes sense? For example, if I travel from Luzern to Murren tomorrow, and won't do much after getting there, does it make sense to buy the pass for that day just to cover train ticket from Luzern to Lauterbrennen and fare from Lauterbrunnnen to Murren?
Thank you so much for your help.

Use the SBB app to see the cost of travel from one location to another, then compare with per-day cost of the BO pass. A four day pass = 49.00/day with the half fare card.

Luzern - Murren is 26.80 with HFC, if this is the only trip you plan to take on that day it is not worth using a BO pass for it. If you decide to go via Bern, as stated above, then your cost with be 41.80.....still not worth it.
