Exploring Switzerland by camper van, is there a discount pass for the cable cars, etc. (unrelated to the train centered Swiss travel pass)

I've only heard of that in ski season.
Don't forget the Vignette. It is CHF 40 for a car or motorcycle, I don't know the price for your class of vehicle..

I’ll be there in the Spring, and will just see what I can find there…mostly was looking for discounts for the lifts and cog rail way trips up the mountains.

There are several regional passes that cover cable cars as well as trains. Those depend on where exactly you will be traveling. There is also the Half Fare Card. For our 5 night stay in Wengen, we used the Half Fare Card and the Berner Overland pass. We arrived by car, parked at Lauterbrunnen and didn’t get in the car again until we left. We took the trains, cable car, bus & boat everywhere.
