Discount on Half Fare Card with Swiss Pass?

I thought I read that you can get 50% off a Half Fare Card if you bought the Swiss Flexi Pass per the Rick Steves book (p398). I have gone to the site fro the flexipass and also the site for the Half Fare Card and I do not see any discount mentioned on either site. Where do i find the discount code to apply to the Half Fare Card?

That deal ended Jan 1 of this year. The Half Fare Card adder for 60 CHF onto a Flex Pass or Transfer Ticket is no more.
