My husband and I will be in the Lausanne area for three full days, four nights. I think the dates are March 30 - April 2. One day we plan to go to Montreux to do the Castle de Chillion, and another day to spend exploring the town of Lausanne and a few small towns nearby. Probably on day 2, we'd like to take a day trip somewhere else in Switzerland, before we leave Lausanne for Beaune on day 4! Is it realistic to do a trip - by train - to Lauterbrunnen/Interlaken/Murren/Jungfrau? Or maybe we should try Chamonix or Zermatt? Looking for recommendations as far as logistics go. We're not hikers, but love scenery and exploring cute towns and eating and drinking!
Thank you!
