Hi! I am taking a group of Girl Scouts to Aldeboden, Switzerland then traveling to Carcassonne, France (via train) then to Barcelona via train. My question is - are they looking at vaccine cards on trains going into France & Spain? I have several girls that are not fully vaccinated.
If they are checking, where can we get tested near Aldeboden?

You might have better luck posting this on the France or Spain forum. I know the rules for Switzerland, but not for entering France or Spain.
It looks like this website has some info. on testing in Aldeboden if you find you need to test the girls. Sounds like a great trip. When i was a girl scout, our trips were just camping.
