You don't say a lot about what you are looking for nor your own habits.

If you don't like cigarette smoke the Ibis pyramid, nice as it is in other respects and very cheap by Chur standards, might be one give a miss.

It's not right next to the station, but I'd highly recommend Ambiente Hotel Freieck which is close to the historic centre of the town. It's about a 15 minute walk to the station (not difficult) but with luggage you could also use a Taxi as it's just a short drive.

One suggestion for visiting Chur - brush-up on your German as English doesn't seem to be as prevalent there, even in the tourist businesses. I had quite an adventure ordering supper the first night I arrived, until I discovered that the server also spoke Italian. It was also somewhat of an adventure getting a haircut (despite my apprehension, the girls did a great job).
