I would appreciate reviews of pros and cons of staying at Chalet Fontana in Murren. We are looking at booking the studio apartment.

The studio apartment is in a different building so I don't know how those reviews apply ---apart from saying Denise is a great hostess.

Pros - Denise is fun, helpful and knowledgeable, her library is full of travel book.
I don't have any Cons, but I haven't stayed in the flat, just the main house.

If you end up choosing an alternate- Hotel Jungfrau was great.
You will enjoy Murren!

There's a private ensuite apartment attached to the Chalet and then a separate apartment "Gistilliboden" located just down the hill. I've stayed in both and they're both wonderful. You'll never go wrong with Denise!
