Do Centovalli Railway trains get fully booked in advance in mid September, or can you decide to take one on short notice? Also, I see you can reserve a seat, but can you specify a window seat?

Right now, the link to the Centovalli rail website is down, but take a look there if you can choose your seat as you can on other panoramic train sites.
