My wife and I are taking a 10 day trip on our own to Switzerland and Bavaria. We fly into Zurich and fly out of Munich. It doesn't seem that I would need a car for the Switzerland portion but might want one in Bavaria. Any suggestions to minimize the cost since it also appears that there is an expensive drop off charge to return the car to a different location. Thoughts?
