Can 2 people sign on to the same SBB account on their separate smartphone app?

I have set up an account on the SBB mobile app and bought several saver day passes. I have also added my husband as my companion on my account so I can buy tickets for him as well. I asked my husband to also download the SBB mobile app and sign into my account so that if something happens to my phone or I lost cell connection during the trip, he can use his smartphone to access what I have purchased on my account. However, when he tried to sign on to my SBB account on his phone, it won't let him. So, is it because two people cannot sign in to the same account on the app at the same time or SBB would not allow another phone to sign on to my account on the app?

Just text him screen shots of the QR codes for what you've purchased and have him store them in his photos section of his phone. You don't need to access them through the app, all they need is the QR code to scan.

When you buy tickets on SBB you always get an email, with a link to where you can view them. Just forward those emails.

You should however be able to log in to multiple devices. I do that myself.
