Is it allowed for two person to carry 2 big and 2 small luggage onto bus service C12 from Lugano to Menaggio?

Of course you can carry luggage. Public transport wouldn't be very useful if you couldn't do that.

Do you still have to find a bus station that is apparently very difficult to find in order to take this bus to Mennagio ? Is there a bus directly from the train station now? All the posts I have seen were very old and they make it seem almost impossible to find the bus stop/station.
We also need to get from Interlaken area to Menaggio (actually going to Varenna on other side of lake), but everything I have read says it is VERY hard to find the bus C12. Are there taxis that would take us that far and approximately how much do they charge?
