Buying rail tickets for children

Hello! My name is Mihai and I am about to travel to switzerland alongside my family (wife and two children 14yo and 12yo). So we are tourists. We bought two half fare passea for the adults. I have a question on this matter: how to book tickets via the sbb app. Should I buy tickets only for myself and the spouse, and automatically the children travel with the family card that came with the half fare passes. Or should I buy tickets after setting them as co-passengers in the app, holding a half fare card?
Also, I bought a saver day pass for a day filled with journeys on the train rail. I only purchased for me and my wife. Do the children travel for free with us holfing the saver day pass, or should i buy a similar product for them?! And if so, what is that product.
Thank you!

If you have the Family Card, you do not need to buy tickets for the 2 children. They just come with you on the trains. That includes travel you purchased as Saver Day Passes with the Half Fare Cards.
