My wife and I will be staying in Murren for 4 nights. We plan on doing some light hiking and biking. Where are the best places to bike around Lauterbrunnen/Murren/Gimmelwald. Is the biking around those places better (more scenic) than trekking all the way to Interlaken for lake biking?

Unless you're a pretty accomplished mountain biker, your options are pretty much limited to the roads and some of the trails on the Lauterbrunnen valley floor, other than riding the road and trail down from Murren to Gimmelwald, and from there to the valley. It's a great hiking area, but probably not the best for biking.
