BIke Riding Lauterbrunnen Area

Hi all! We'll be in Lauterbrunnen in July for 4 nights and thought it would might be fun to rent bikes for a day. We aren't into mountain biking or anything extreme. Looking for more leisurely routes (for perspective, at home we will ride 20-30 miles tops at a pretty leisurely 10-12 mi/hr. I see in Rick's book that you could ride the valley floor to Stechelberg, and he mentions a path that follows the river to Interlaken. Does anyone have more information on those options (especially the one towards Interlaken) or any other riding options?

Thanks for your help!

I think that the couple of central valley roads reflected on Google Maps are all there is, so you won't get lost and it is quite flat, but do check your plan with a local person.

In one of Rick's shows IIRC he recommends renting uphill in place like Murren and then coasting down, down, down all the way to the valley or even into Interlaken.

Thanks everyone! Good link too Ken, appreciate it. I emailed Imboden and had some general info from them on rental prices. Will plan to visit them when we arrive and see if this looks good. Otherwise, will have to just spend another day hiking in the Alps. Sigh....
