bicycle routes, around Montreux, route5 or 1?

Me & my wife plan to stay 6 days in Montreux, want to cycle at least 2 days.we experienced cycling from Bruges to Sluis and Knokke, by the see (back from Zeebrugge to bruges again the same day, it was more than 80 km).I read about some routes in veloland myswitzerland.... and need some expert advice:just one note, I am handicapped, one of my legs don't work properly, so I have problem for biking in slopes, (no problem with walking) need almost flat roads;

One of my choices is route no 1 stage 5, from Martigny to montreux, we can go and come back or take our bicycles to Martigny by train and riding back.
Other, route 9 stage 1, from Bulle ( or Gruyers) to montreux, I know we must take our bikes in train to Bulle, avoid the steep slopes, then come back on bicycles.

Third, and it is something that I think more about, is taking our bicycles by train to Grandson, do beautiful route no 476 ( Grandson, concise, champagne, Grandson) , this is 21km, I think it's flat, then continue biking 5 more kilometers to Yverdon, from there start route no 5 stage 7 , Yverdon to Lausanne (about 50 km), In one day.I know train from Montreux to Granson take about 1:10', we can start at 8:30 from Montreux to take train. Is it possible? Route no 476 worth this effort or we can find tbe same or better ALMOST FLAT routes around Montreux?
Any other suggestions? I will be appreciate.
This was for 2 days just cycling, for 3rd day we want to take bicycles to Chexbres, and from there go down from Epesses or Grandvaux to Rivaz to see vineyards. Any steep slopes (needs more effort) in this way? I think it is all go down. At last go to vevey and Montreux.
Another day , we plan to cycle to chateau chillon, see there then continue to vileneuve and come back.
I always try to use my bicycle to go anywhere, in my country, work or a party, but avoid slopes and bad weather. I did most of attractions in Amsterdam with a bicycle.
These are just in my mind, you can help me which one is better or possible ( more flat) or if you wanna gimme better directions.Thanks.

Many of the areas you mention are fairly close together. I am not familiar with the Grandson route so I will comment on the areas I know. You can bike from Montreux to Vevey in 20-30 minutes depending on speed. Chateau Chillon is five minutes by bike from the Marche in Montreux, you will pass directly in front of it. Villeneuve is five minutes from Chateau Chillon. The routes right along Lake Geneva are all relatively flat. If you bike from Montreux towards Martingny, you can travel a good distance entering at Villeneuve on paved bike trails without cars, past the World Cycling Center in Aigle, which has a cafe. You'll meet many bikers here who stop for a break, have a drink or something to eat. Chexbres is high up the hill from Vevey and many of the roads are steep and narrow. It's a beautiful route, through Epesses and Grandvaux but some of the roads are quite narrow. It is steep so much easier down than up.
I recommend you visit the tourist office in Vevey or Montreux, both located near the Marche. They can provide you with suggested routes, make recommendations. sbb.ch has information on their website regarding transporting bikes, very easy to do.

Many thanks.I got the way from chexbres to Rivaz and Vevey are mostly slope down, ( small up is manageable i can walk with my bike) and way from Montreux to Martigny is a good choice. I think if we take bikes to Martigny and come back from there, avoid some slopes up.
Now I need someone's information about route 476 (Grandson) and route 9, stage from Bulle to Montreux. And any other suggestions.
