Best cost-effective ticket solution for Swiss train itinerary?

I have looked at rail passes, Glacier Express Tour Party package including hotels, and just outright ticket purchase. I am confused about what solution would be best. Can someone help me make a decision?

Day 1: Gare de Lyon to Basel; Basel to Lucerne
Day 2: Lucerne
Day 3: Lucerne to St Moritz
Day 4: St Moritz to Zermatt on Glacier Express
Day 5: Zermatt to Geneva
Day 6: Geneva
Day 7: Fly home from Geneva

Go to www.sbb.ch and get the ticket price for each train ticket. That is column A
Cut Column A in half and add 120 for the half fare card. That is column B
Look up cost on the website for 8 day Swiss Travel Pass. That is column C
Look up cost on the website for a 4 day Swiss Flexi Pass. That is Column D
Pick the lowest price of columns A,B,C,D. If a close call, give a slight edge to the Swiss Travel Pass as it will provide free local transportation in Luzern and Geneva and ride to the airport plus museum entry fees.
The reservation fee for the Glacier Express will be out of pocket no matter what option you choose.

Many thanks, Sam. This was very helpful and my decision is made. Since the RailEurope Glacier Express Tour Party package covers onward travel, I find that buying the four day flex pass is my most cost effective option. Thank you again.
