A private driver from Lauterbrunen to Bellagio (if you can find one) is going to be eyewateringly expensive, and is not going to get you there much faster than the following option:

• Take the train from Lauterbrunnen to Como. Use www.sbb.ch to plan and book, and add "L:uzern" as a via to have a more interesting route.

Then in Como take a taxi (or probably two taxis) to Bellagio, or maybe take a boat?

Or, take the train to Lugano, bus to Menaggio and then a ferry to Bellagio.
