Bernina Sewing Machine Factory Tour

I will be with my hubby flying into Zurich in July. I am a huge Bernina sewing machine fan....and realized that the factory that makes my sewing machine is just an hour from Zurich. Anyone ever taken a tour of the factory? I see that you must make a reservation ahead of time. Just wondering if it would be worth the hour trip from Zurich. Thanks!

Go for it. Steckborn is only an hour and a half by train connecting in Schaffhausen. There is a train every hour from Zurich. If hubby is working, what else have you got to do?
