I was scheduled to travel on the Bernina Express on May 9th and the Glacier Express on May 10th. I sent a request to receive a refund on my seat reservations on the 15th and received a reply back on the 16th that I can expect a refund within a few days.
Both my seat reservation fees were refunded in early April. I also received a refund of my 8 day Swiss Pass within a week of my request.
