I decided to cancel my June 5 Bernina Express 1st class ticket, will travel by regular train instead.
Cancellation form with all the required information was submitted on April 2 form RhB website. I have not heard anything back yet. Does anyone know how long does it take to process the cancellation? Will I receive notification from RhB upon completion?
