I purchased reservations for the Bernina Express leaving Lugano one day, and then leaving Tirano the following day. Now I need tickets to accompany the reservations, but have not been able to find matching departure times. I leave Lugano on July 23, spend the night in Tirano, and leave there July 24. Everything I've read said I need both reservations and tickets.

There is only one bus per day, departing at 10:00 am from Lugano train station north bus stop. Cost is 41.00 CHF. You can buy tickets at www.sbb.ch/en, or at Lugano train station.
