If I have the 1/2 fare card, will it give a discount on the BO Pass? And how much of the various trains and lifts in the Jungfrau region does the 1/2 fare pass give a discount on? Have always just gotten the BO pass, but wondering if I can avoid that expense.

Yes, there is a significant discount on the Berner Oberland Regional Pass with the Half Fare Card. How much depends on the length of pass you need.

The HFC gives a discount of 50% on almost all public transport. The exceptions are special routes like Jungfraujoch and Schilthorn. Those will be discounted, but maybe not 50% off.

The Half Fare Card does indeed give you half price on the Schilthorn, as seen here:

Same for Jungfraujoch. This is more difficult to see right away, you need to choose your starting location, date, etc. but eventually you come to a screen that tells you the cost with various options
for the route from Grindelwald it comes to
- 227.00 return normal price
- 168.20 with STP
- 113.50 with HFC
Seat reservation is an additional 10.00
