Bernese Oberland Hiking Itinerary Help

Two friends and I (mid 20's, in very good shape, not much hiking experience) are planning a weekend trip to do some hiking in the Bernese Oberland. Here is our itinerary so far:

Day 1: Grindelwald to Wengen
Day 2: Wengen to Lauterbrunnen
Day 3: Lauterbrunnen to Kandersteg

Are these all possible to hike during the day? Also is the airport accessible from Kandersteg? Any advice would be much appreciated, we are very flexible.

Rolf, Yes. Lauterbrunnen to Kandersteg would be a lot longer than the other two together.

I offer you this map: https://map.schweizmobil.ch/?lang=en&bgLayer=pk&resolution=10&E=2640570&N=1161870&layers=Wanderland
You can pan and zoom as you wish. Green are hiking paths (dashed green are more difficult mountain trails).
You can also "print" at 1:50000 or 1:25000 scales. This generates a PDF file, which you can print out and/or put on your phone.

is the airport accessible from Kandersteg?

There are three main airports in Switzerland, Zürich, Geneva and Basel. All three are accessible by rail from any of the 1735 railway stations in Switzerland, including Grindelwald, Wengen, Lauterbrunnen and Kandersteg. All rail lines have at least one train per hour.

For train times see the SBB (Swiss Federal Railways) website: https://www.sbb.ch/en/
