No - it’s just a new bonus that they added the GPE because they knew people would be fleeing once they got rid of Schynige Platte/Eiger Express/First/Kleine Scheidegg (all owned by Jungfraubahn who wants to sell their own Jungfrau Pass)- it’s not adding all of Montreux/Gstaad to the validity of the BO pass.
