You mean Apple Wallet? If so, you can simply add it back to your wallet via your original purchase email. Or, go into your wallet, scroll down to the bottom and click the button “view expired passes”. It should be in there.
Yes they never sent me an email. Luckily I downloaded the ticket before closing the page. This means I only have the pdf, there is no add wallet option.
I’m not hiding any expired passes, I have that disabled. Still cannot see it.
Weird. When I double click the side button to launch my cards it’s not there. But when I go into the wallet app it is. How can I move it back. There is no unhide option
How did you originally add the pass to Apple Wallet? Try going into Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay, then turn off Hide Expired Passes. IF you truly had it in your wallet, it should appear.
I added it from the confirmation page originally. It’s fine, I asked them to send me again. I can see it now. Thanks for your help
I didn't know you can add B-O pass to Apple wallet...

I had to unhide mine because it went into expired passes after the first day. Sorry that isn’t working for you.
It works when I use the wallet app but doesn’t work when I double click the short card on the iPhone. It’s fine, I’ll use the wallet.

So I just purchased the B-O pass from the link you provided.. As soon as I entered my CC - the screen went blank... and that was it..
I panicked and checked my email - I did get the tickets and receipt via pdf on my email.. along with 2 attachments (that was blank.. - unable to open) - I assume that was a link for the apple wallet -- still can't open it..
I emailed the customer support.. are they responsive in customer inquiry??
Yes they replied pretty quickly. I hope it gets resolved soon.
If they still haven’t replied, try clearing your cache on your computer or phone and restart your device. It may show up after that. It’s probably in a limbo state.
