How do I know if the train from Kandersteg to Thun is covered by my BO Pass.
I don’t see where I can see specific trains ( to and from different cities are covered)
I don’t see a detailed list anywhere.

Just know that it is covered. The validity map shows this clearly.

go to the website for the pass and blow up the map and it shows an overview and detail of all areas of validity.
Quick answer = yes. You won't be on the train which uses the Basis Tunnel - you will be on the Lötschberger up and over line to get to Kandersteg. So no probs.
