Hello,
Staying in bellagio and purchased the Swiss travel pass. How do we get from Bellagio to grindelwald? Would like to take the Gotthard panoramic express if possible.

Take either a bus or lake boat from Bellagio to Como, the to Como S. Giovanni station and take a train to Lugano for the start of the Gotthard Panorama Express. Your STP will cover most of the train as the Swiss border is the next town on the train line at Chiasso. The bus from Bellagio will take you directly to the station. If you take the lake boat, you will need a taxi or local boat to the station.
Another way is to take the mid-lake shuttle ferry to Menaggio, then a bus to Lugano train station. I don't believe your STP covers anything here as it is an Italian bus, but the price is not expensive.
Once you arrive in Luzern, take a train to Interlaken Ost, then a train to Grindelwald.

The Gotthard Panorama Express is all First Class, so if your Swiss Travel Passes are 2d Class you will need to pay a supplement. You can do this in Lugano before boarding the train.
