Lots of reasons to go to Mürren, but the article describes it outside of ski season, so maybe the message is supposed to be “don’t shop OR ski … :)
On the other hand, while we’re in Poland, it just snowed 6 inches at home overnight, and there’ve been 13 inches over the last week. So I’m not skiing, either, but neighbors are.

My RS Best of Switzerland tour is staying in Murren in June! So excited. We stayed in the Lauterbrunnen Valley on the Sept. 2023 My Way Alpine tour and went up to Murren and hiked back down to the Lauterbrunnen. Great day!

What I found somewhat funny about this article is the idea that the author found this beautiful, unknown, place off the radar. Murren is certainly not off the tourist radar and hasn't been for years.
