My husband and I and our 4 year old will be spending one night in Switzerland in September before we fly home from the Geneva airport. We would like to stay in a hotel right on the water in a room with a balcony so that we can relax and look at the water after our son goes to bed. My goal for the day is to buy a pocket watch to save to give to our son when he’s an adult. If I can pick up chocolate and a bit of street art, all the better. Staying in Vevay or Lausanne may be nice, but we’re not committed to any specific town right now.
What hotel would you recommend? It would be nice to spend around $300 or less for the night.
