We’re interested in renting an apt in Murren for 6 nights in June, and I’ve found listings on the local tourist office site as well as one on Airbnb that’s a possibility. But none of these seem “perfect.” Does anyone care to share their favorite apartment to rent in Murren?

Yes, can't really give recommendations without knowing how much space you need as well as what you mean by "perfect".
There aren't a ton of places to stay in Murren, compared to Wengen, but it's not really about the apartment while you're there. As long as it's clean and generally comfortable, you spend most of your time out and about anyway. For people who want "fancier" lodging, I typically recommend Wengen or Interlaken, as they have a lot more listings. For Murren, it's about being surrounded by an amazing place.
