Montreaux - Grand Swiss Majestic Hotel
Zermatt - Hotel Continental
Chur - ABC Swiss Quality Hotel

Hi Jim, we stayed at the ABC Hotel in Chur, short walk from the train station and a pleasant walk to the main shopping area and the old town, we had a good sized, comfortable room and the breakfasts were very good, we would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at the Grand Suisse Majestic on Montreux in late October. We were there for five nights.
We loved our time there, but I definitely recommend getting a lake view room. We had a junior suite with a lake view balcony that was perfect.
The other side of the hotel is very close to the station. While this makes it extremely convenient, the view would not be nice, and it might well be noisy. There was no noise from trains in our room.
I would definitely stay there again, and the breakfast was excellent.
