Any experience with MyTrainline.com? Paris to Luasanne

When I searched for booking a TVG Lyria train from Paris to Luasanne in early September I ended up at mytrainline.com.
I was about to purchase tickets for our travel as well as seat assignments for the trip. I later learned that TVGLyria sells
tickets directly themselves. Is there any reason I should not trust MyTrainLine.com and the tickets I purchased through them for my TVG Lyria trip Paris to Luassane?

Thanks very much!

Why would you book through a 3rd person website instead of directly with the company who operates the trains? Book with SNCF on the link above.

I've used Trainline in the past and it's always been very reliable and easy to use, and customer service has been good - https://www.thetrainline.com/ . One of the nice features of Trainline is that they sell tickets for a number of different rail systems around Europe, so that provides "one stop shopping". I believe there's a small service charge on purchases but I've always found it quite reasonable. Once registered on the site with payment information, purchases are very easy.

Trainline is OK, and for France often better than SNCF themselves. For example: For SNCF the world ends where direct trains from Paris end, so if you want to travel further they will not sell you tickets. So for trips from France to neighbouring countries they are a good options.
But SBB is good to, the only downside is that SBB is prone to create issues with US credit cards. So if your card is refused, go to Trainline.

Also, are you going to Lausanne? Or are you travelling further? You usually can book the whole trip at once. SBB can sell you a ticket from Paris to about every train station, as well as every bus and tram stop in Switzerland.

WengenK-
We will be going to Luasanne from Paris, but once we get there we will be using a Swiss Travel Pass for the following 10 days. Staying in Montreux, Wengen, and Luzern before heading to Zurich to fly home.

We visited Switzerland last Sept and loved it so much we are going again in Sept. We found more that we wanted to do than we could get done, partly because of an early snow while we were staying in Wengen which closed the Panorama Hike we really had wanted to do. It was beautiful though!! We will be staying in Wengen twice as many nights this time because it was our favorite place to start and end our days in the Jungfrau. Thanks for your reply!
