Saas-Fee looks like it has a lot to offer as I have been to the other popular locations. My first pass was a home base along the Rhone river next year (late June/July) and a do couple day trips to Saas-Fee. However, it is only accessible by bus or car. The other thought was to stay in Saas-Fee 2-3 nights. This would put me more at risk for weather flexibility due to the somewhat remote location. Mountain tops and short hikes under an hour are what I would be doing there.
I am looking for input from anyone who has visited Saas-Fee to help me determine if it stays on my itinerary.
