Anyone flown with Aer Lingus to Dublin? They have a nonstop from SFO, but we haven't flown with them before. Would appreciate advice before we book.
What advice are you looking for? They are a reputable airline, and they are often cheaper than others to Europe. I've never used them, but my office manager said they were fine, and that changing planes in Dublin was not a problem (not sure from your post if Ireland is your final destination; if it is, it definitely makes sense to use them).
We have flown Aer Lingus twice to Dublin - once from Chicago & once from Boston. Nice airline that flys Airbus jets. Both flights were uneventful - the best kind. I wouldn't have any issues flying them again. They do offer great package deals as well.
We have no reason to recommend against them. I always prefer a connection in Europe over a connection within the US.
I have flown Aer Lingus to Dublin three times. No issues what so ever. Dublin airport is easy to get around and smaller than most American International airports. I have never had to make a connection at the Dublin airport though.
