I am planing to purchase 4 days Swiss travel pass for 2 adults (2 kid 12,15 travel free with family swiss card) My travel date will be 4,5,6,7 June. I am planning to take train on 8th june at 4.55am from Lucerne to Zurich airport. Is this trip cover by swiss travel pass?

no it is not covered.

If you choose the pass for 4 consecutive days, then it ends at midnight of the fourth day and does not provide any coverage or discounts after that.
