We will be staying in Wengen for three nights in late July. Any recommendations for a moderate priced hotel that is within a 15 minute or so walking distance from train station. Or a hotel that will pick you and and or your luggage up in their carts if further away?

What about a hotel right in front of the train station? Hotel Silberhorn in Wengen (not the Silberhorn in lauterbrunnen) is directly in front of the station.

I've stayed at the Silberhorn for 7 nights a few years back. Very nice hotel with good food. Might be on the pricey end.

We loved Hotel Baren. And they have the best restaurant in town that you can include as half board for a very reasonable price. Five minute walk from the train, or they will come pick you up.

I just booked an Air BnB in Wengen for early August . There are some awesome looking places available and often cheaper than a hotel. I booked a place with many good reviews.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions. We have decided on a hotel and now are really excited for our trip so we can see those beautiful Alps. I have another request for suggestions but will put that on a new post.
