Our intention is to go to Schilthorn via the Stechelberg bus & Schilthorn cable car, and to return via cable car, Murren train, and Grutschalp cablecar.
Using these two different routes, can we buy round trip tickets in Lauterbrunnen?
If yes: Can we buy those tickets at the Lauterbrunnen Bahnhof bus station, or do we have to buy them at the train station?

Yes, you can buy round trip tickets in Lauterbrunnen. Just be sure to tell them that you want one direction via the Schilthornbahn and the return direction via Mürren BLM.
As I recall, there is no separate ticket window in Lauterbrunnen for the bus station, so you should be able to buy everything at the rail station ticket windows. I believe the PostBus has some affiliation with the rail system.
you can buy those tickets at any Swiss Railways counter anywhere in Switzerland...it's a completely integrated system.
