7 day Swiss Itenary

Will be reaching Switzerland from Salzburg 29th April.

D1 Luzern - visit Old town, chapel bridge, Swiss transport museum

D2 Luzern - Mt Pilatus and Lake Luzern

D3 Luzern - Mt Titlis

D4 Grindelwald - visit Jungfraujoch

D5 Grindelwald - Lake Brienz & Ballenberg Open air museum

D6 Grindelwald - day trip to Zermatt or maybe visit Interlaken town

D7 Zurich - walk around the town and then fly back home

After much research I've came down to this itenary. Kindly comment.

Thanks.

Seems like a decent itinerary to me. I would only caution that mountain weather is unpredictable and you will have to bide your time and adjust as Mother Nature demands. If you wake up Day 4 and the weather is poor, the Jungfraujoch will not be a good investment so wait a day and go somewhere else instead. The lift at First is great fun as is the hiking up there. There is so much to do in the Berner Oberland that a day trip to Zermatt may be shelved in favor of local activities. Interlaken as a town is not worth any time, IMO. Stay in the mountains, ride the lifts and trains to Muerren, for example.

It seems that the train from Grindelwald to First is closed April / May. Not sure if there's any other way to First during this period

I made some changes to my original itenary. So I wasn't sure to post my final itenary in the old post or put up a new one. I'll del this one if I'm supposed to post in the old thread.

I was told to visit places like Murren and Wengen which are car free instead of big villages like Grindelwald. How are Murren and Wengen end of April/beginning May?? Are a lot of hotels and restaurants close??
