6 Night Itinerary in Switzerland/Italy in July

I'm planning a trip for my sister and friend in July for her 30th birthday, and I'd love any feedback on the itinerary. They are flying into Geneva and out of Milan.

Monday, July 14 - Arrive early A.M.
- Collection de l’Art Brut in Lausanne
- Chateau de Chillon
**I'm still trying to decide whether they should stay in Lausanne or Montreux? If they stay in Montreaux, are they able to stash their luggage in Lausanne while seeing the art museum?

Tuesday, July 15
- Go to Interlaken via Golden Pass Scenic Train, then onto Murren.
- Take the Allmendhubel Funicular to Allmendhubelbahn. Depending on how much time is available, choose a hike: Flower Trail (20 min) or North Face Trail (2.5 hr).

Wednesday, July 16
- Visit the Schilthorn
- Murren to Gimmelwald hike, explore Gimmelwald

Thursday, July 17
- Go mountain biking in Lauterbrunnen Valley & see waterfalls
- Mannlichen-Kleine Scheidegg Hike

Friday, July 18
- Leave Murren and go to Luzern
- Mt. Pilatus and luge

Saturday, July 19
- Leave Luzern and go to Lake Como via the Gotthard Base Tunnel. **I'm still trying to decide where their home base on Lake Como should be: Menaggio, Bellagio, or Varenna. Is Varenna the easiest to get to the Milan Malpensa airport?

Sunday, July 20
- Lake Como
- Fly out of Milan Malpensa airport that evening

The flights are already booked, and the top priorities for them are: pretty scenery, waterfalls, hikes, mountain coaster, Lake Como, & cute towns. Is there a chocolate experience that works with this itinerary? I don't think they want to do the Chocolate Train.

Thanks so much for your thoughts! I appreciate any helpful feedback.

Can I ask where you are coming from? What time is your flight from Malpensa and where is that going?

Looks busy, but doable. Keep in mind that the weather will dictate some activities. The logistics of spending a night on Lake Como concern me. I don't see there will be much time other than say "Look, Lake Como!"

Lausanne station should have plenty of luggage lockers.
