I am planning a 5 nights stay in Switzerland for our honeymoon.
We will be taking a train from Venice to enter Switzerland on 26th January and a flight out of Zurich on either 31st Jan or 1st Feb (Not booked yet)
We do not ski or hike but would love to enjoy snowfall and play in the snow on these mountain tops.
We are thinking of staying in Interlaken/Lucerne/both combined/an interesting village nearby and doing a few day trips from there. Few places that I have researched are
- Rigi
- Pilatus
- Titlis
- Jungfraujoch
I also plan to buy a swiss travel pass so that we can have discounts on these mountain trips.
Please advice on the practicality of these and offer suggestions/modifications.
Since there are scenic trains included in the pass, we would like to experience at least one of them if time permits on our way into switzerland from Venice.
I would love to stay in one of the Igloo stays and would like to know if these would be possible for a night.
