5 days itinerary in June - need suggestions

All,

I am planning a 5 days trip during last week of June with my wife and daughter (in 20's). I will be landing into Zurich around 5 PM.
I am planning to stay 4 nights in Lauterbrunnen area and 2 nights in Lucerne.

Will it be too dark to reach Lauterbrunnen/Grimmwald from Zurich assuming I catch a train T 6.30 PM from Zurich or do I need to find an accommodation on Interlaken for a night before going up next day. Trying to stay in one place for multiple nights?

Thanks
VK

Look at staying in either Wengen or Murren when visiting the Lauterbrunnen area. They're up in the mountains on opposite sides whereas Lauterbrunnen is in the spectacular valley between them. I'd go straight there even if arrival is after dark.

sunset there from the 21st to the end of the month of June will be at 9:25 pm each day.

Hi VK,

Since you’ll be able to reach Lucerne by train in an hour or less- why not stay there for the first 2 nights? Then you can fully enjoy the spectacular 2.5 hour train ride down to Interlaaken and on to either Grindelwald or- my favorite- Murren for the remainder of your time.
BTW, Interlaaken itself is mostly a transit
center serving as a jumping-off point to where the great scenery is in the mountains 30-45 minutes away.
