Does anyone have experience with both of these? Or even 1 of them?
Can get a 2 bedroom in 22 Summits without a view of the Matterhorn, or 3 bedroom in Hotel Jagerhof with a Matterhorn view
Both apartments look modern and well equipped, including kitchens
60 year old couple curious about better location for accessing major sites as well as quietness and walkability to restaurants
I think you need to provide the location of each apartment before anyone can answer.
Personally, I like the location of the Jagerhof Apartments. And, having the view of the Matterhorn is fantastic. I love watching the changing face of the Matterhorn (sunrise, clouds shifting in/out and sunset) from our balcony. I have been to Zermatt 5 times and always get a room with a view of the Matterhorn. Zermatt is very walkable and there are restaurants everywhere. The Materhorn Museum and the nearby cemetery are very interesting. Both the trip up to Klein Matterhorn and Gornergrat offer a different view and experience. Both well worth the time and cost.
