What do you like to do? Outdoors activities, weather permitting? Scenic train trips? With only 2 nights, it is probably best to pick a lovely place like Luzern and as you will only have one full day. You could start in Luzern and take the Golden Pass Express to Montreux, or one of the other scenic train trips. Full details in the Rick Steve' Switzerland Guide.

And perhaps you're aware that a certain Rick Steves wrote a guidebook on the place and has suggested itineraries? Other guides do the same.
