3 day trip to Luzern with 2 year old kid - Suggestions please

Hi all,

I am planning for a 3 day trip to Luzern with my wife & 2 year old Son in 4th week of June. Suggestions required,
1. I have tentatively planned to visit Mt. Pilatus, Kapellbrücke (Chapel Bridge), Exploring Lake Lucerne by Boat, Old town, Spreuerbrücke, Löwendenkmal (Lion Monument) & may be few other places. Please suggest which are the best places to visit.
2. For Mt. Pilatus, is it extreme cold climate on top of the mountain or is manageable with regular winter clothes? Any precautions to be taken for my kid.
3. Any remote location worth visiting, which has public transportation.

I haven’t been to Switzerland yet, but am planning a trip for next year. So, my feedback is based on my research, and not actual experience.

You might also consider Mt. Rigi or Mt. Titlis. You can check the weather in the morning to see which mountain top looks clearer. You should be fine in regular winter clothes. It is recommended to dress in layers.

A trip to Bern might be nice if you have the time. Also, the Museum of Transport in Lucerne might be a good option if you have some bad weather.
